Laughter

It is important that we laugh daily. It doesn't matter much what we are laughing about. Just that we are laughing and enjoying life. This is Liam laughing his way through a box of packing peanuts. It has come to be one of his favorite toys since its arrival a few weeks ago. It reminds me of the balls pit we grew up with at the McDonald's playground. As an adult, I've been told of the horrible state of those playgrounds - diapers, rats, etc, but I still remember the childhood joy of jumping in and wading in that glorious pool of plastic.

 

I guess I forgot

... that I even have this blog. I will try to post more often.

Liam turned 1 !!

This past weekend, we celebrated Liam's first birthday. Can't believe its been a year already. We had his party at Mt. Trashmore park. The theme was Curious George, therefore I had to dress Liam up in a monkey suit. He was great in it, even posed for us. We had a wonderful time and the weather was great! My first blog

I have a boring job in which I sit in front of a computer for 8 hours a day waiting for something to happen. But thanks to the world-wide-web, I at least have something to look at while I wait. So I started reading various blogs about motherhood, Christianity, sewing, photography, etc. And I found these blogs to be encouraging and inspiring. Then I realized that I could start my own blog to share my interests, ideas, and family updates to you. With a new camera on the way(thanks, Stephen), I'll also be posting many new photos of our family and my artistic creations.
